Maybe it’s wrong, but I just can’t help myself.
The NCAA tournament is in full swing, and I couldn’t possibly care less. There. I said it.
Don’t get me wrong — I’m a HUGE sports fan, but basketball just doesn’t do it for me. Admittedly, college b-ball is more entertaining than the pros, but only for the last two minutes of any close game. And who ARE some of these teams?
My West Virginia Mountaineers are playing in the NIT (Not Important Tournament). I don’t understand how a team in the top 25 or 30 in the country can fail to qualify for a 65-team NCAA. It’s just weird.
I am pleased that Duke is out of it, though. They’ve been weak all season, and my Carolina fan friends are absolutely giddy. I’m happy for them.
The good thing about March Madness for me is that baseball is just around the bend. Wake me up when the Madness is over. (Sorry, Marcus!)

I know, poor Marcus, but I’m with you! March Madness drives me mad, and baseball is my favorite sport to watch. I actually understand the game (for the most part), and there are cute boys in tight pants. Does it get better than that?
