I was pleasantly surprised this morning to receive an e-mail from one of my former co-workers at the radio station.  Nothing earth-shattering — it was just a quick note asking me how I was doing and what’s going on in my life.

It was really nice to know I was in her thoughts.  I know she and some of my other friends are a little worried about me; they’re confused about how bloggers can make any money.  So I tell them about companies like Blogsvertise.  I’m certainly not getting rich (yet!), but every little bit helps!  And speaking of rich, it’s so good to know I have friends.
