Hopefully, I won’t jinx myself, but I can’t help telling you all about this any longer.

On Wednesday, I’m going to a job interview for a position as a news producer at a local TV station.  Even though I’ve never worked in television before, I do know the news business, especially in our local area, and I already know most of the reporters and photographers I would be working with.

Obviously, this is far from a done deal, but I’m getting pretty excited about the possibility.  It’s time for me to get off my duff and get back to work.  So if you wouldn’t mind, please keep me in your prayers.

Don’t worry, though — this blogging thing is in my blood now, and I’m not going away, even if I get the job.  Nope, you’re all stuck with me now!
