Have you ever noticed how, the more you need to borrow money, the harder it is to qualify for a loan?

I know, lenders are not in the charity business, and they want to reduce their risks as much as possible, but if I didn’t need the money, I wouldn’t try to borrow it in the first place! Loans are not something I enter into lightly.

Fortunately, we’ve been able to avoid entering into more debt to this point, and I’m hoping our luck holds out in that regard. I know secured loans offer better interest rates than personal loans, and generally, they’re a little easier to get. All I’m sure of is that we WON’T accumulate any more credit card debt. I have too many friends who won’t let me starve!
