Shedding Pounds?

I’m 5′11″ tall and weigh about 140 pounds, so the thought of taking diet pills has never really crossed my mind. However, I know a lot of people who do try all sorts of weight loss plans, including that new Alli stuff.

I’m sure you’ve heard about it, but do you know what it does?  Let’s just say cheating on this diet is an absolute no-no.

Alli makes you keep a really close watch on how much fat you consume.  I girl I know has lost 19 pounds in under three weeks by combining the Alli plan with a sort of modified Adkins diet, something she’s very familiar and comfortable with.   But one day she went over her allotment of fat grams, and then it happened.

You know that slimy grease that builds up on top of cold spaghetti sauce or beef-vegetable soup?  Well, since the extra fat in the digestive tract had to go somewhere, I’m sure you can figure out what happened next.  Ewww!  She says, “Trust me; it’ll only happen once!”

If you’re trying to lose weight, good luck.  There’s an issue I’m glad I’ve never had to deal with!
