We just got a phone call that surprised and pleased both BJ and me.

About five years ago, we splurged on a ThermoSpa hot tub and have never once regretted it.  But for the warranty to remain intact, you have to use their chemicals, and they’re not cheap.  However, Lori, who always handled our needs with humor and grace, made ordering as easy and painless as possible.  She would even make a point of calling us whenever our usual order went on sale.

I don’t know why, but seven of the jets broke, all within about two months.   When we called to ask Lori about what we should do to get them replaced, we were told she was no longer working there.  Fair enough, people do move on, but the lady we were passed on to was very curt and not at all helpful.  Both BJ and I were so angry after trying to deal with her, in fact, that we simply refused to do it.  The broken jets remained wrapped up in a bag, stuck inside a closet.

Then, tonight, Lori called.  She’s back!  And she just wanted to let us know.  We quickly told her about our unpleasant encounter, and within five minutes, she had solved our problem to everyone’s satisfaction.

It’ll be wonderful to have the hot tub working again.  Welcome back, Lori!
