I just can’t stand it any longer.
For 20 years now, the Discovery Channel has put on “Shark Week” each August, with all sharks, all the time. 24-7. For an entire week.
I don’t know about you, but I can only take so much of a guy swimming around a shipwreck with a plasma cutter waiting for the feeding frenzy with him on the menu.
Sharks are magnificent creatures, I admit — but can’t we just go with “Shark Night” — or move the whole thing to Animal Planet?
How funny - my husband was just talking about how happy he was that Shark Week is over so his regular shows are back on.
Tell your husband he has better taste than the network! The only thing worth watching all week was the special edition of “Dirty Jobs.”
