Well, I went to the faculty orientation meeting Monday evening, and everything seems to be in place now for the start of the fall semester. It’s a good thing, too, since classes begin Saturday morning!

One of my assignments this fall is an accelerated speech class, which meets Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:15 for eight weeks. That should be interesting; four hours is a long time to sit. But by mid-October, the class will be done.

It’ll be good to get back in the classroom. I really do enjoy teaching.
