BJ’s niece and her fiance were in from Cleveland for Easter, and they brought their two little three-month-old puppies with them.  I fell in love.

The male is about a week younger than the female, but he’s easily twice her size.  He’s a caramel and white Shi Tsu.  She’s a black and tan Yorkie.

What a couple of little characters.  Even though Layla the Yorkie only weighs about a pound and a half, she definitely rules the roost.   Poor Bosley was definitely outmatched.  What’s more, Jason and Amanda had packed so much stuff for them, it was if they had a human baby.  They were all so cute and funny.  And dinner was delicious!

Of course, were we severely interrogated when we got home to our four dogs.  A couple of ham scraps made up for the treason there, though.  And Astro has decided that while he’s still peeved about the birdie bathtub inside his cage, he’s better off making up than sitting alone all day, so he came to see me today for a bit.   BJ took the opportunity to clean and change his water.  It’s so nice having the bathroom faucets so close.

The cantata went well at church this morning.  All things considered, this was a lovely Easter.
