Oops.

We were running low on paper towels, and with four dogs and a parrot, that’s not exactly good.  So I stopped to replenish the supply.

I found an 8-pack of plain white towels on sale at Kroger for $5.99.  With tax, it was $6.35.  Any time I find them for under 80 cents a roll, it’s a good deal, so I whipped out the debit card.

Little did I realize how close to zero the balance in checking had gotten, though.  With the overdraft fee, those are some mighty expensive wipes! (Expletive deleted here….)
